General Terms
These general terms apply to all services and deliverables provided by Jockkie (Jock Oosterveer), based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, including work delivered through AIPION. By engaging any service, you accept these terms.
1. Services and scope
Services are delivered in the phases described on this website (Sensorycall, Scan, Sense, System, Scale, Sustain, Selfowned). The scope, deliverables and timeline of each phase are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside the confirmed scope is quoted separately.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Fixed-fee phases are invoiced at the start of the phase; the monthly retainer is invoiced per month in advance. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Work may be paused when invoices are overdue.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights to the deliverables of each completed phase. Full transfer of intellectual property, source files and playbooks takes place in the Selfowned phase. Until that transfer, working methods, templates and internal tooling remain the property of Jockkie.
4. Use of AI
AI tools are used as instruments in the work, under human direction and review, as described in the AI Transparency Statement on this website. The tools used are documented per project.
5. Cancellation and termination
A booked Sensorycall can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Fixed-fee phases can be terminated in writing; work completed up to the termination date is invoiced. The retainer has a notice period of one calendar month.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the phase in which the cause arose. Liability for indirect damage, including lost profit and lost data, is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
