Transparent fixed prices per phase. INTAKE EUR 497, SCAN EUR 1497, SENSE EUR 4997, SYSTEM EUR 9997, SCALE EUR 2497 per month, TRANSFER EUR 9997. The Sensorycall is free.

Q: Are all projects fixed scope?

Yes. Each phase has a defined deliverable and a fixed price. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Q: Why do you work async?

Async-first means 48 hour response guaranteed, no calls unless you want them, everything delivered in Milanote and Loom. It keeps the work focused and the price honest.

Q: How do we measure success?

By whether the system runs without me at the end. Full playbook, zero dependency, your data stays yours.
